4. for any purpose (including publishing or displaying content) that is not permitted by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you use the Service.

5. communication to obtain passwords, an account or private information of VentaPlaza users.

6. to send unsolicited "spam" of a person.

VentaPlaza.com is a marketplace where private as well as business customers can place ads. VentaPlaza.com is not responsible for the content of the advertisement. Buyers as well as sellers act on their own responsibility among themselves. You acknowledge and agree that VentaPlaza.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services.

VentaPlaza.com reserves the right to delete ads if there is a suspicion of fraud or if the ad contains untrue or harmful information. If the advertisement is subject to a fee, there is no right to a refund of the fee in case of deletion. It is also not allowed to place ads that only refer to external content or third party websites.

Costs

Some parts of the service will be charged. You will be advised of this prior to purchasing such service. We allow ourselves to change the prices or conditions at any time after 7 days notice with notification. Current ad terms and prices can be found on our website Prices.

Suspension and termination of service

1. from the customer.

You can delete your account at any time via the user account manager. Deletion will deactivate your ads and exclude access to your user account. Your stored personal data will also be deleted after deletion of your account.

2. from VentaPlaza.com

VentaPlaza.com may terminate your account at the end of the publication period with at least 7 days written notice. VentaPlaza.com may suspend performance or terminate your subscription for any of the following reasons: (a) You have breached these terms and conditions. (b) You cease business operations or are subject to insolvency proceedings are not dismissed within 90 days. or (c) You fail to pay fees 7 days after the due date.

In addition, VentaPlaza.com may give extraordinary notice of termination if an unforeseeable event occurs that makes it no longer possible to maintain the service. This also includes an unusually high usage of the service. If other service subscribers are disturbed in their use. VentaPlaza.com may suspend access without prior notice and terminate your account without refund.

It is not allowed to use multiple user accounts in parallel.

Acceptable payment terms

Payment is made in advance. Accepted payment methods are MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.

Return and refund policy

There is no right of return and refund.

Copyrights

By using the portal, the advertiser confirms that he/she is in possession of the full image rights of his/her advertisement. He allows VENTA PLAZA to publish the images and texts on its website. And furthermore to use them for advertising purposes for an unlimited period of time. For example, the publication of images and texts of your ad on the social networks.

Links to other websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by VentaPlaza.com. VentaPlaza.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms become effective. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.
